Bay Area Court Reporting, Inc. is one of the longest established independent court reporting/transcription agencies in the nation, having been in business since 1976. Our court reporters are Stenographers with minimum 20 years of experience, all with minimum RPR (Registered Professional Reporter).

     We expanded our audio/video transcription service to offer solutions to customers who need transcripts after the record is taken.  All of our audio transcribers are U.S.citizens who live in the U.S.A, passed background checks, signed confidentiality agreement.  

      Our newest service is Real Time Captioning.  Real time captioning can be performed only by the most skilled and experienced court reporters with special software.  We have a staff of such court reporters throughout the nation who can caption your meetings, class sessions, webinars, and other proceedings real time.  Thanks to the technology, most service can be provided remotely with internet.    

      We strive to provide best services and products, as well as convenience to customers. Our office personnel will answer your phone call in-person 15 hours a day, 7 days a week.
